Which LiteZapp product do I use?

'Zapp It Your Way' ... It's completely up to you! We have 4 models; Viva UVC Wand, Pura UVC Thermo Water Bottle, Geo UVC Cube and the Voya UVC Travel Case. If you need to disinfect large surfaces and areas around your home, we recommend the Viva. For disinfecting multiple items, such as toys and gadgets, we recommend the Voya. For disinfecting concealed areas, we recommend the Geo. And the Pura is for purifying and cleaning water from any water source.


Does LiteZapp contain UVC and how does it work?

UVC is a type of ultraviolet radiation that is used within all LiteZapp products. UVC has the shortest wavelength (between 100 and 280 nanometers) and has the highest energy, effectively destroying and killing 99.9% of all viruses, germs, bacteria, mould and dust mites. It works by destroying their DNA so that they are no longer active. 


What is the effective rate of LiteZapp products? 

All LiteZapp UVC products kill viruses, germs, bacteria, mould and dust mites to an effective rate of 99.9%.


Can LiteZapp UVC products be used on skin?

'No Zapp' ... We have to stop you right there. No - LiteZapp is not suitable for use on any body parts or skin as it contains Ultraviolet Light Radiation. Do not use LiteZapp on any person or animal. LiteZapp should only be used on surfaces, areas and objects only.


Where can I use LiteZapp?

'Its Zapp or Never' ... LiteZapp UV LED Light products can be used for total disinfection of frequently used surfaces, areas and objects including door handles, desks, work surfaces, kitchen counter tops, drawers, blanket boxes, PCs, mobiles, tablets, upholstery, bedding, toys and more. It's also suitable for disinfecting pet bedding and accessories, too as they also kills dust mites and bed bugs. In seconds, LiteZapp kills up to 99.9% of viruses, germs, bacteria and mould.

What do LiteZapp products kill?

'Licence to Zapp' ... LiteZapp is effective against killing 99.9% of germs, including viruses, bacteria, germs, mould and dust mites. It is also effective at killing 99.9% of pathogens including E-coli and salmonella. Use regularly around your home, office and on the move, for Zappulous results. A happy home is a Zapped home. 


Is LiteZapp safe to use?

'Safe as Zapp'... LiteZapp UVC products are safe to use around the home, at work and on the move. LiteZapp should only be used to disinfect surfaces, areas and objects. It should not be used on humans or animals.


How do the LiteZapp products run?

'Ready, Steady, Zapp' ... LiteZapp UVC products are low-maintenance and come complete with chargers. It takes a couple of hours to charge each LiteZapp product to 100%. Our products require no batteries.


Is there an age limit to using LiteZapp products?

We advise that LiteZapp should only be used by Zappers who are 18 years and above. Sorry young, whipper Zappers! LiteZapp is an electronic product that features ultraviolet light technology (radiation). Adult supervision is required at all times. This is not a toy.

Are there any advisories / people who should not use LiteZapp products?

DO NOT use LiteZapp products if you suffer from:

  • Epilepsy
  • Sensitivity to light / flashing light
  • Diabetes
  • Cancer or are in remission

... Or taking any medication that causes sensitivity to the sun or radiation. Please check the package insert on your medicine to see if it states that your medication can cause sensitivity, or to avoid sun, or radiation. If so, DO NOT use our products.
